Before a major examination, we work really hard.
During the exam, we do our best. We tend to say " I have given a 100% effort."
After the exam, when we get our results, we tend to say " If only I had done this. " "If only I had done that." " There is so much room for improvement, I could have done better."
This makes me wonder again. When is it that we actually give a 100%? Does the judgement of whether we have done our best only comes after we looked at the results? If it's bad, we say "Oh, I am sure I can do better than this." Even if it's excellent, we will still say, " I can do better than that." because nobody is perfect. Moreover, getting the perfect score does not mean that you have given a 100%.
So people, food for thought of the day! =)

Short Update
Have been busy for quite a while with tests. Plus, semester exam's coming, hence, fewer blog posts. Most of the time spent is studying, of course. When my brain just couldn't absorb any more information, I like to look out the window. A good, beautiful view of the Sunway Lagoon, the college, the hotel, Sunway Pyramid, the hostel swimming pool downstairs.
Let's wish all the Hindus Happy Deepavali and to the rest, Happy Holiday! Looking forward to going back to Ipoh -meeting friends, eating delicious food, watching the idiot box. =) Home sweet home!
