bercham food

Okay, some Ipoh mali stuff.
Restaurant in focus: Bercham Emas

A stall serving rice with dishes
Good dishes that I've tried: Braised pork belly with yam, Assam fish/ fish head, speciality tofu, stir-fried kailan, herbal chicken
Other dishes: steamed tilapia, fried eggs, belacan kangkung, pork ribs
(forgot to take photos of them, will try to do it next time)

Also in the spotlight is the stall selling satay at night (opens around 8 pm)
Why: have not tried the satay yet but ETHICS respected.
As I was leaving Bercham Emas after dinner, I saw the uncle and his son cutting off the carbon, the burnt part of the satay meats before serving them.

toodles :)
