Tsunami

This biology practical was done a few weeks ago. We immobilised enzymes in alginate beads. Quite remarkable stuff. These enzymes work eventhough they are immobilised in this bead form. Just put them in a column in the burette and pour in the substrate. You can then collect the products.

Reminds you of diamonds, eh?

Last Wednesday, I had the opportunity to try the famous nasi lemak at Village Park restaurant. Absolutely delicious. We arrived at about 11 something and it is already super crowded. I ordered nasi lemak rendang ayam which cost me RM 7.20 and soya bean cincau for RM 2.60. Hailing from Ipoh, the food haven where food prices are usually much lower, I would say it is worth a try. But when you are in KL, comparatively, it is one of those value-for-money food around! Try their nasi lemak ayam goreng, their specialty.
Therefore, folks, new eating spot. =)

  1. It's the shiz kan, Village Park nasi lemak ayam? Super crowded and the workers there are on Coke or something? They carry like 5/6 plates and swish swoosh around like no one's business. Hahah!
